Vesanto is 95 km west from Kuopio and 105 km north-east from Jyväskylä.

By car Drive from Kuopio or Viitasaari along the scenic Blue Highway. Here it follows regional roads.

By plane The closest airport (KUO IATA) is in Kuopio. From there, take a bus to Vesanto.

By train You can travel to Kuopio by train and continue the last part by bus.

By bus Local bus line 76 connects Vesanto with Kuopio.
