CAPC Musée d'Art Contemporain tram stop

The Bordeaux tramway network (French: Tramway de Bordeaux, pronounced [tamw d bdo]) consists of six lines serving the city of Bordeaux in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. The system has a route length of 82 kilometres (51 mi), serving a total of 133 tram stops. The first line of Bordeaux's modern tramway opened on 21 December 2003. The system is notable for using the Alstom APS ground-level power supply system in the city centre. It has been operated by Keolis since 1 May 2009.
