Cap 3000

France · built 1969

Cap 3000 is a French shopping center in the suburbs of Nice, in the city of Saint-Laurent-du-Var. Opened in 1969, it is one of the largest shopping centers in the Alpes-Maritimes, the one with the largest number of shops (300 in 2021), and was one of the busiest. In February 2021, it was the fifth largest shopping center in France by useful commercial area with 135,000 m2. Even though this regional mall is in a mid-to-high range, it is a popular meeting place, from locals to wealthy foreign tourists. The shopping center has large retail and service stores, boutiques, restaurants, medical offices and medical analysis laboratories.
