Municipal Theatre of Teramo

The Municipal Theatre of Teramo was the largest and the most important theatre in the city of Teramo. It was located in Corso San Giorgio, near Piazza Garibaldi. The theatre was inaugurated in 1868 and demolished in 1959. It lasted 91 years, without reaching a century. In its place the new municipal Cineteatro and a large commercial warehouse were constructed.
