Banjica Forest

Serbia

Byford's Forest (Serbian, Bajfordova šuma) is a forest in Belgrade, Serbia. It is located in the Belgrade's municipality of Voždovac and until 2015 was known as Banjica Forest (Serbian, Banjička šuma), the name still used in news reports. The forest covers an area of 40 ha (99 acres) and has been under various degrees of protection since 1993.
