About Nizhneudinsk
Nizhneudinsk is a city of 34,000 people (2018) in Irkutsk Oblaston the Uda River, a tributary of the Taseeva River. Nizhneudinsk is a stop on the Trans Siberian Railway, almost equidistant from Moscow and Vladivostok. The town boasts a small museum, a pretty church and a movie theatre. There are some caves and a waterfall a 20-km trek away.
