1 The Baker Hotel and Spa, 200 E Hubbard St. The shell of a rather incongruous historic Spanish Colonial hotel made in 1929 in the likeness of the Arlington Hotel of Hot Springs, Arkansas fame which has hosted such celebrities as LBJ, Judy Garland, and Clark Gable and more recently the supernatural kind if you believe what the show Ghost Adventures would have you believe. As of 2025, it's being renovated and restored to a 128-room hotel and spa, announced to open in 2028. (updated Jun 2025)
