By car 6 miles west of Tenby and 6 miles east of Pembroke on the B4139.

By train 1 Manorbier station is about 1 mile north of the village. First Great Western and Transport for Wales operate here providing connections to Tenby, Pembroke Dock, Carmarthen and Swansea.

By bus First Cymru, no.349 provides connections from Tenby, Haverfordwest and stops in-between such as Pembroke
