By car BR-101 from Santo Antônio de Jesus and the Grande Salvador region in the north, and from Eunápolis, Itamaraju, and Teixeira de Freitas to the south BR-415 from Ilhéus to the east. To the west, it connects at Itambé with BA-263 from Vitória da Conquista
