About Fife
Fife is a town of 11,000 people (2020) on the southern Puget Sound of Washington State. Fife, an eastern suburb of Tacoma, consists primarily of businesses such as car dealerships, warehousing and industrial facilities, motels, drive-through smoke shops, quick-dining restaurants, a Native American casino, and various other highway-side businesses. Fife is contained within the Puyallup Indian Reservation.

Getting there
From Interstate 5 (I-5), Fife is accessed through Exits 136 and 137. State Route 99 (SR-99) enters from the east. It formally ends at the intersection with 54th Ave E but continues as the Pacific Highway west into Tacoma.

Connections to Greyhound, Amtrak and Sound Transit are at Tacoma Dome Station. Route 501 Goes down towards Tacoma from Federal Way through Edgewood, Milton, and Fife on different turns onto various roads. In Fife it goes along 20th St East, Valley Ave, 70th Ave E and Milton Way.
