Bodinga is mostly home to Hausa and Fulani people. The town shows Hausa–Fulani way of life, with Islam, farming and trading. Most people are farmers, growing millet, sorghum and rice.

Getting there

By road Bodinga is about 20 to 30 km from Sokoto city. You can go there by car, taxi, or motorcycle. The main road from Sokoto to Gusau passes through Bodinga.

By plane You can get to Bodinga from Sokoto International Airport by road. The town is about 30 to 40 minutes away. Taxis and cars are the main way to travel from the airport to Bodinga.
