Getting there

By train By direct train from Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Tynda or Moscow, all of them pass through Belogorsk, the town on Trans Siberian Railway. Riding any other train will need connection in Belogorsk, from where you can also take a bus.

By plane 2 International airport Ignatyevo (BQS IATA). serves flights to Moscow, Khabarovsk, Chita, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Svobodny, Krasnoyarsk. Bus number 8 goes downtown every 30 minutes. Price is 29 rub, same price for each bag. Can be bought onboard, even with credit card. Time to the city is around 30-45 minutes.

By ferry or bus Opposite the city, on the other bank of the Amur River is the Chinese city of Heihe. A ferry boat operates in warm seasons. In the winter, the border is crossed by bus.
