Papeete Cathedral (Cathédrale de Papeete Notre-Dame de L'Immaculée Conception) is a late 19th-century church dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception that serves as the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Papeete. It is located close to the waterfront esplanade of Papeete in Tahiti, the capital of French Polynesia, on the rue du Général de Gaulle. The construction of the cathedral began in the middle of the 19th century and it opened in 1875.
