Qingpu (青浦区 Qīngpǔ Qū) is a district of Shanghai, a suburb on the western edge of Shanghai Municipality.

Built in 1745 during the Qing Dynasty in Qingpu District, Qushui Garden gets its name from the ancient Chinese tradition of "drinking wine from a winding stream". Originally a temple garden, it was maintained through community donations - locals each contributed one coin, earning it the nickname "One Coin Garden". The garden is known for its water features (covering 15% of the area), with pavilions, bridges, and corridors built around pools and streams. It offers beautiful seasonal scenery: cherry blossoms in spring, lotus in summer, sweet-scented osmanthus in autumn, and plum blossoms in winter. 2 Grand View Garden (上海大观园), 701 Jinshang Rd (金商公路701号) (take the Qing Shang Bus (青商线) from the Oriental Land Metro Station on Line 12), ☏ +86 21 59262089. 08:15-16:45, no entry after 15:45; the garden closes 30 minutes earlier between the months of November and March.
