Metro Many tourist attractions in European Quarter are connected with Schuman (memorial name of Robert Schuman, "father of European Union") or Luxembourg/Luxemburg (this is not the country or the Belgian province; it is a metro station). Merode is also a good choice; but it is further. To visit European Parliament, people should get off at Luxembourg; to visit European Commission, get off at Schuman.
