People will pay their respect to the former Pope Benedict XVI. He died at 95 years of age. He was suffering from ill health for several years. After the funeral, Pope Francis will preside. It is the first time that the successor will bury Pope. When dawn broke down on the Vatican, a queue formed at St Peter Square’s edge.

The last papal funeral of Pope John Paul II in 2005 drew about 4 million people to Rome. However, it was one of the largest Christian gatherings in the chapters of history.

Benedict always wanted to keep things simple at his funeral, as per the Vatican. The guest list is not prepared yet. However, it will include Italian delegations and Benedict’s native Germany.

The president of the US, Joe Biden, expressed his grief. Also, Giorgia Meloni, the Prime Minister of Italy, hailed Pope as a great unforgettable man. Also, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silvia comforted the admirers of the Holy Father.

The entire world is depressed hearing this news. People from all over the world have also expressed their dignity towards the great man.
