Furthermore, its favorable coastal climate and fertile soils support the vital growth of tea and citrus fruits. As a regionally focused exporter, Georgia trades in cars, metal ores, and energy, while navigating a modern economic landscape shaped by financial and migrant inflows connected to the conflict in Ukraine, maintaining low inflation despite persistent high unemployment, and managing ongoing geopolitical discussions, including EU accession talks.
