Gabal Elba (Gabal ʿElba, Egyptian Arabic pronunciation: [ˈɡæbæl ˈʕelbæ], "Box Mountain"), or Elba Mountain, is a mountain as well as a mountainous area in the Halaib Triangle of Northeast Africa. It is claimed by both Egypt and Sudan, but is under Egyptian control.
