The Llogara Tunnel is a tunnel located in the south of Albania about 20 km from Vlora. The tunnel that cuts through the Llogara National Park, has a length of 6 kilometers and is the longest in the country. It is expected to significantly improve travel times between the Albanian Riviera and other parts of the country. In 2025, SPAK presented Belinda Balluku and other officials with charges of corruption and procurement manipulation for the Llogara Tunel project.
