Aide Arrested in Night Market Disguise for Insurance Fraud Scheme

Chang Chun-chieh, an assistant to Taiwan's legislative member Kao Chin Su-mei, was recently arrested on suspicion of insurance fraud before fleeing. During the manhunt in New Taipei City, police detained seven suspected accomplices or collaborators. While on the run, Chang frequently frequented crowded night markets, using disguises and switching vehicles in an attempt to evade police pursuit.
