RiverTown Crossings is a two-story enclosed super-regional shopping mall in Grandville, Michigan, the largest in West Michigan. It has five occupied anchors: Kohl's, JCPenney, Dick's Sporting Goods, Celebration Cinema, and Soar N Bounce with two vacant anchors formerly occupied by Macy's and Sears, and one half vacant anchor last occupied by Younkers. The mall has a capacity for 110 inline tenants and has 77% of its space occupied, higher than most average shopping malls.
