The Tulcea shipyard (Romanian: Șantierul Naval Tulcea), formally Vard Shipyards Romania - Tulcea, is a shipyard located on the banks of the Danube in the city of Tulcea. It was founded in 1975 for the repair of Romania's ocean fishing ships, and later extend for building various commercial, river, technical and military ships.
