Sankō Shrine (, Sankō-jinja) is a Shinto shrine on a hill named Mt. Sanada (, Sanada-yama) in Tennōji-ku, Osaka, Japan. It is notable for being the possible location of a legendary tunnel used during the 17th century Siege of Osaka.
