Nízký Jeseník

Nízký Jeseník (Niederes Gesenke) is a flat highland and geomorphological mesoregion of the Czech Republic. It is located in the east of the country in the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian regions. It is known for the former volcanic activity. With an area of 2,894 km2 (1, 117 sq mi), Nízký Jeseník is the largest Czech geomorphological mesoregion.
