Búrfell (Icelandic pronunciation: [ˈpurˌfɛtl̥]) and the connected lava channel Búrfellsgjá [ˈpurˌfɛlsˌcauː] are famous and protected landmarks of the Reykjanes peninsula, Southwest Iceland. They are part of the Krýsuvík volcanic system.
