Pass of the Republic (Bulgarian: [ˈprɔhot narɛˈpublikɐtɐ]), is a mountain pass in the Balkan Mountains (Stara Planina) in Bulgaria. It connects Veliko Tarnovo and Gurkovo. It is also known as Hainboaz Pass ([xɐˈinboˌas]). The road was constructed in the 1960s.
