Gili Iyang (Indonesian: Pulau Gili Iyang, also spelled Gili Lyang) is an island in the Bali Sea, administered by Sumenep Regency of East Java province, Indonesia. It lies off the eastern coast of Madura Island in Dungkek district. The island is noted for its unusually high atmospheric oxygen concentration, which has been described as the second highest in the world after the Dead Sea region of Jordan.
