Denman Island, (also known as lháytayich in the Comox language, meaning "Inner Island"), is one of the Northern Gulf Islands and part of the Comox Valley Regional District of British Columbia, Canada. It is a member of the Islands Trust group of islands and is home to a small community of 1,391 year-round residents.
