Chestnut Hall, formerly known as Hotel Pennsylvania, is a 10-story building composed of 315 apartments as well as retail space in University City, Philadelphia. It is owned by Apartment Income REIT Corp., which is owned by funds managed by The Blackstone Group. It is primarily occupied by university students. It is designed in the Renaissance Revival architecture style. The building consists of a steel structure, a cement and brick facade, and an entablature with accompanying cornice along the top.
