Castelo Real
Essaouira, Morocco
Castelo Real is a Portuguese castle established in Mogador, now Essaouira in Morocco, by the Portuguese in 1506. The Castello disappeared by the late 18th century, and today stands in its place a circular bastion known as Borj el-Barmil.
