Getting there
Texas is on State Road 89 (Texas Rd). From Stanthorpe, the nearest minor regional centre, travel about 100 km west (should take about 65–70 minutes). The road generally lacks a shoulder, but the road conditions are still mostly suitable to drive 100 km/h. From Inglewood, Texas is a 55 km drive south (should take roughly 35–40 min).
