Parras de la Fuente is a city in Coahuila. The town is known for its wine. It was the first wine growing region in the Americas. The town is a Pueblo Mágico, designated in 2004. Parras is called the oasis of the semi-desert of Coahuila state.

There are two bus stations in the town:
1 Central de Autobuses Saltillo-Parras Second class buses serve Parras from Saltillo and Monterrey.
2 Central de Autobuses Parras-Torreon Coming from Cuatro Ciénegas you need to change the bus in San Pedro Las Colonias.

Asado de puerco (roasted pork) mole tamales de puerco y pollo (Chicken and pork tamales) barbacoa (barbecue) cabrito. Sweets with walnuts, figs, grapes, pine nuts and cajetas are also made here.

Vineyards (Viñedos) 1 Casa Madero. Located in the Hacienda San Lorenzo and founded in 1597. Also has a wine museum. They have a wide selection of varietals and blends available. The vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon y Chardonnay.
