Getting there
The border crossing at the coast with Ecuador is near the border town of Aguas Verdes (Peru) and Huayaquillas (Ecuador). There are several international buses which make the crossing and wait at the immigration office. Captain Guillermo Concha Iberico International Airport (PIU IATA)
Getting around
The Ruta nacional PE-1 begins, which is the Peruvian section of the Pan-American Highway, is completely asphalted. It runs along the entire coast from Aguas Verdes at the Ecuadorian border, passing through Lima and end after Tacna at the border crossing with Chile called Santa Rosa.
