Muswellbrook

Getting there

The Hunter line has trains to 1 Muswellbrook Station, and a maximum fee of $11, depending on where you're coming from. No reservations required, and is part of the Sydney Intercity rail network. Trains leave Newcastle Interchange at 3:18AM, 8:14AM, 4:29PM and 5:59PM on weekdays, and 3:55AM and 2:24PM on weekends. From Newcastle, just use the A15, M15 and A15 west to Muswellbrook. The journey will take about an hour give or take some amount. From Sydney, it's about 3 hrs, depending on traffic. Muswellbrook is on the Main North railway line between Sydney and Armidale, and NSW TrainLink services the town daily.
