1 Mayureshwar Temple (Moreshwar Temple, Morya Temple), Morgaon. Dassera, the festival in which a Palakhi of lord Ganesha travels through the boundaries of the entire Morgaon village, is a great tourist attraction. In every house of this village people prepare "Bhuinale" and "Hingan" which are some sort of firecrackers originally meant for Dassera event & not for sale. (updated Aug 2025) 2 Mayureshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. It is not only popular for its birds and wildlife population, but also for its natural environment. One can see the Indian gazelle (chinkara), as well as birds, striped hyena, grey wolf (Canis lupus) and fox (Vulpes bengalesis). Tourists are allowed to drive their vehicles inside the sanctuary as well as to walk. (updated Aug 2025)
