1 Sitting Bull Falls (from US285 north of Carlsbad, turn west onto NM137 for about 20 miles to County Road 409. Turn right and continue to the end.), ☏ +1 575 434-7200, [email protected]. 9AM-5PM. one of the area's largest and most beautiful waterfalls. Sitting Bull Falls is flowing most of the year. There is a small New Mexico state park with picnic sites. $5 per vehicle. (updated Apr 2016)
