Jhalong (Nepali: झोलोङ Jholong, Bengali: ঝালং Jhālong), also spelt Jholong or Jholung, a village on the Jaldhaka River near Bhutan in North Bengal, is popular among bird lovers, as it is home to a varied collection of hill birds as well as migratory waterfowl.

Getting there
By car Jhalong is isolated from the rest of Kalimpong by road, and is accessible only from Malbazar in Jalpaiguri. From Malbazar, take NH 7 up to the Chapramari forest, then take a spur road to the left.
