Jaba is a Local Government Area in Kaduna State, northern Nigeria. It is mainly inhabited by the Ham (Jaba) people, known for their unique language and rich cultural heritage. The area features scenic hills and a pleasant climate, especially during the dry season.

Jaba is home to the Ham people, who speak the Hyam language and maintain a strong cultural identity. It is about a two-hour drive from Kaduna, the state capital.
