Getting there

Garchumuk is about 60 km (37 mi) from Kolkata.

By bus Garchumuk is served by two Kolkata bus routes:

67B from Bagnan E-15 from Esplanade

By train Local trains are available from Howrah to Uluberia. There are buses and three-wheelers from Uluberia to Garchumuk.

By car From Kolkata, drive down NH 16 up to Uluberia and take Shyampur Road. Garchumuk is across the Damodar River.
