Getting there
You can take the JR Kagoshima main line (鹿児島本線) to Fukuma (福間) Station. Kagoshima honsen goes to major cities like Hakata and Kokura. You can take Seitetsu bus (西鉄バス) to Tsuyazaki-bashi (津屋崎橋).
Do
Fukutsu has many different types of birds such as black-faced spoonbill. Fukuma Beach. Known as "Kyushu's Shonan", it is one of the prefecture's leading marine leisure areas, making it a popular spot with restaurants and other establishments lined up along the coast.
