St. Ladislaus (Kościół Świętego Władysława) - historic church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago located in Chicago, Illinois. One of the many Polish churches on Chicago's Northwest Side, it is considered to be one of the more architecturally significant religious edifices in the Portage Park area, as well as one of the key agents in the neighborhood's historical growth and development.
