Church of the Synaxis of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a wooden church in Matkiv, Ukraine, built in 1838. It is an outstanding monument of Boyko architecture and art. This church, together with other wooden churches of the Carpathian region, was inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage List on 21 June 2013 at 37th session of the World Heritage Committee.
