Cô Tô () is an archipelago and a special administrative zone of Quảng Ninh in the northeastern region of Vietnam. As of 2019, the Cô Tô district had a population of 6,285, which is the lowest-population subdivision in Quảng Ninh. Cô Tô covers an area of 47.3 km2. The district capital lies at Cô Tô.
