Sannobō Site

Goshogawara, Japan

Sannobō ruins (, Sannobō iseki) is an archaeological site in what is now the city of Goshogawara, Aomori Prefecture, in the Tōhoku region of northern Japan containing the ruins of a Muromachi period Buddhist temple. The remains were designated a National Historic Site in 2017 by the Japanese government.
