Mithapukur Bara Mosque
Bangladesh
The Mithapukur Mosque is an early 19th-century mosque in Mithapukur, in the Rangpur District of Bangladesh. Evidence shows it was built in the Mughal era, and in recent years the Department of Archeology has listed it as an archaeological monument of Bangladesh. The mosque is situated on Rangpur-Bogra highway, 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) south of the town of Rangpur District; northwest of Mithapukur at the Upazila headquarters.
