Kiheijima saltwork ruins

Naoshima, Japan

The Kibeejima Saltworks Site (, Kibējima Seyen Iseki)]) is an archaeological site with the traces of a Kofun period saltworks located in on the island of Kibējima, which is administratively part of the town of Naoshima, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. It was designated a National Historic Site in 1979.
