History
Landscape In the southeastern corner of the small mountainous country of Lesotho, the park's average elevation is 2,400 m (7,900 ft) above sea level. Spectacular rock formations, rock pools and waterfalls are some of the park's highlights. In addition to the mountains, several different types of grassland can be encountered in the national park.
Flora and fauna The flora is made up of Afro-Alpine and Sub-Alpine plants and herbs. The park is home to several endangered species; different types of vulture and the Maloti Minnow.
Climate
如何抵達
The traditional way to get into the park is hiking or riding. The tour company Khotso offers riding tours from the South African side. If you're driving, there are two roads into the park (access by 4WD vehicles) — one from Thaba-Tseka in the middle of the country and another from South Africa. Several South African tour companies operating in the Drakensberg area also offer tours into Sehlabathebe.
