The nearest Airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN). There are direct commuter buses from downtown San Diego to Poway. Check San Diego MTS' website for more details. These buses are limited and ply during commuter hours only. Poway is a driver's paradise with wide roads and ample parking everywhere. It should take around 30 minutes from downtown San Diego to get to downtown Poway.
