如何抵達

By plane Logan International Airport (BOS IATA) in Boston is the closest airport. To get to Brockton, take the free Silver Line 1 bus to South Station, and transfer to the Commuter Rail Fall River/New Bedford Line to Montello or Brockton stations ($8.75), or the Campello station ($9.75). Towards the airport, add $2.40 for the transfer to the Silver Line. To save a few dollars, you can also take the free Silver Line 1 and get a free transfer to the Red Line to Ashmont, and then pay $2.25 for the BAT 12 bus to Brockton. Towards the airport, add $2.40 for the transfer to the Red Line (free transfer to Silver Line). Taxis and rideshare are also available. T.F. Green Airport in Warwick (Rhode Island) (PVD IATA) is also an option.

By bus Brockton Area Transit Authority operates bus route 12 to Ashmont station. The MBTA operates bus 230 to Montello Station from Quincy Center station.

By train MBTA has commuter rail service from Boston's South station with three stops in Brockton. Additionally, the seasonal CapeFlyer between Boston and Cape Cod calls at Brockton railway station.

By car Route 24 is the main access road to Brockton. Routes 28 and 123 also pass through the city.

1 Fuller Craft Museum, 455 Oak St, ☏ +1 508 588-6000. Daily 10AM-5PM. One of the few museums in the US that focus solely on crafts. A wide array of materials is represented and the art is all touchable. Adults $8, seniors and students $5, under 12 free.. (updated Nov 2020) 2 Brockton Fire Museum, 216 North Pearl St. Exhibits the atmosphere and artifacts of a classic Brockton fire station during Victorian times. Features a beautifully restored 1850s Hand-Tub Pumper called "The Protector." Also a memorial dedicated to the memory of the 13 Brockton firemen who were killed in Brockton's Strand Theater disaster in 1941. (updated Nov 2020)

Brockton is not a destination for fine dining. Many of the national chain restaurants are available off exits from Route 24.

Cape Cod Cafe offers a large variety of options on its menu; all products are made fresh daily and contain nothing artificial.
